1. A camera will be sent up your chimney to check for unseen issues that might need repair.
2. Check for soot buildup and suggest a chimney sweep if needed.
3. Look for cracks in the fireplace walls, flue, exterior chimney, mortar crown, and refractory panels.
4. Check damper is opening and closing properly.
5. Light up gas starter or logs if present for proper pressure.
6. Make sure lintel is sealed.
7. Check chimney flashing is sealed properly.
